Well an UpDate 
Did some interweb browsing and found that the Miller Econo TIG got nothing but bad reviews ( this coming from the Miller Forum and the more populous Hobart Forum ). I considered the SD180 but it weighs close to 300 pounds and it's an energy hog (read huge light bill!!)! Looked into the Thermal Arc 180 TIG set-up as they got good reviews from a few on Hobart forums but the $1600 price tag for it wasn't sitting right with me (I'd just as well pony up the $300 and get the Miller 200 inverter machine )
I got in touch with Mr. Adams from SmileyDonuts and he hooked me up with the same 200 amp AC/DC unit with an Auto Darkening helmet for $654 shipped to my door (they got to my house this morning)
So, I'm happy now. Got the unit for a great price (with a helmet) and I have plenty left to buy a plasma cutter as well.
