Smiley Plasma/Tig - Ground or Neutral?

Re: Smiley Plasma/Tig - Ground or Neutral?
man!
spent half of the day wiring it up (did not have 220v), getting the compressor, hooking it up, and realized they forgot to include the ground clamp!!! ugh!
p.s. how the heck would you hook up argon to the connection in the back? with the nylon hose? Just plain air seems ghetto rigged as is.
p.s.s is the air regulator supposed to "leak" out of the valve or whatever it is on the other side of the gauge?
p.s.s.s should the breaker be 20 amp or 30 amp? (highest input current according to the chart is 19amp)

Yes Argon goes to the same input as the air. I rigged up a quick connect system so it only takes me 2 seconds to switch.
Argon get connected with a Hose and Hose Clamp.
As for the 20 or 30. Might be fine on the 20 amp, but I know mine is on a 30.
