I hate when vehicles sag like that. My 4runner does a little bit just from age and the springs wearing but not that much :l

4Runners are really well known for sagging up to a good 3 inches.

Nice Bumper work. I'm opting to keep the stocker because I like the looks.

I know they are not strong. I already bent the front brush bar and bumper mounts, so I fabbed 5/8" bumper bracket with a 5/8" 45,000lb d-ring for tugging.

As for the rear, I'm reinforcing the trailer hitch end plates, dropping them lower and putting the same d-ring out back.

Whatever works for ya.

Last weekend I was in a tight trail and rubbed a tree in the back, the bumper didn't budge, just a little scuff from the tree.

Had a stock bumper been there, I'd have a dent and be replacing a taillight. I'm already lovin it.

Ya, Haven't done much wheeling yet, just small spots on my parent's 6acres. Too much snow, got stuch too many times up to the frame to bother trying in the bush.

We're getting a thaw this week so I hope to head out so we'll see if my opinions will change.

I can't remember the name of them, but are you going ot make any of those bars that go under the body between the wheels? They're like those stupid steps they put on parking lot SUVs but actually functional.

edit- rocker guards!
