i use to floor it too when i was pissed ahahah.
i wouldnt weld it at 100 amps tho, unless the aluminum is pretty thick. as far as charge pipes, you probably wouldnt need more than 80 amps. i usually weld my aluminum at like 50 - 60.

someone told me aluminum isn't that hard its just something you have to adjust to. he said something about it no showing color so i guess its not easy to see it penetrate or puddle.......... I DUNNO?!

Not too bad at all. I'd back down the heat just a tad bit though....but not so much that it gets lumpy on you. You could also speed up and keep the same heat.
I'd reccomend practicing on eliminating the fisheye also, or at least avoid it on anything you do other than practice beads. Fisheyes will typically have very small cracks in it that can grow over time and heat cycles.
Overall, looks pretty good. Many people find aluminum easier to weld than stainless or carbon steel.
