I got mine on a 40 no issues. Also have a 25' extention cord on it so I can weld inthe A/C instead of the hotter than hell back of the shop

im running a sync 200 and i love it. also running it off of a 40 amp double pull and have tripped it a few times only on turn on not while welding...ive used the Lincoln 225 also and its just as capable and welds very nice also.

hey guys whats a good welder to learn to weld on like doing exhaust piping and stuff like that?

i used both before i bought one. I find with the lincoln, i can dial in the arc like a laser! The arc control with the miller wasn't as stable as the lincoln, but... the miller still could stack the dimes like no tomorrow.

either machine is well worth the money.
