Default is this possible?

I just bought a steel log type manifold for my b18c jdm civic., my turbo is a t3 the problem is the flange on the manifold is a t25 can a weld a t3 flange over the t25 flange but then it would be restricted 1/2 inch vertically and 3/8 horizontally. The way the manifold is constructed I cant bore it out the ponly thing I can do is build a new box coming of the log to the flang ( bigger and weld the t3 on that lots of work ? any ideas can I use a mig? how thick steel?

The Nissan t25's that were on the 88-89 300zx had T3 flanges on them. You may find a blown one or just the turbine housing, and use it.

It would be very easy to cut the flange off and weld a new one on. If you can't do it find a regular old welding shop
