Plasma cutter FTW.. maybe....
So I just got this :
Now what do i Do? I've never even seen one of these things let alone use one. Im assuming one side hook ups to an oxygen tank although the valve does not fit on my oxygen bottle. What i am missing to make this thing work or is it just junk?

I would so not trust my life to that POS. Ever seen what a little oxy and a bit of acetylene can do?

Just imagine what a compressed tank full of it can do to your ***.

Probably just throw it away then. My dad gave it to me and it was given to him from a friend. He seems to think you were supposed to hook water to it for some reason? I dunno what it is but i know what the valve it and it can be used for multiple gases.

Longevity plasma cutter
Most definitely not a plasma cutter! What you have is a janky rigged OA torch hose with part of a regulator, that I would no way hook up to any kind of gas (oxyacetylene being the last gas for sure! ). I actually just got a plasma cutter from LONGEVITY Welding. Here is the picture of what it looks like:

That looks like a regulator and an arc gouge rod holder. Air pressure is added while the arc "gouges" the metal away using high amperage and a carbon arc rod. Usually like 200 amps for thick metal. The arc melts the metal as the air blows it off. Very noisy.
