Bah, as much as I'd like to jump on the bandwagon, I'd have to say that manifold is just fine. If it were a $900 manifold made for a show car then I would say shove it up your ***, but it's far from that. It's a sub-$300 manifold that will most likely last forever and function just fine for any setup.

no JD actually pipe is rated off INNER diameter (nominal). i understand the clearance for pipe is pretty loose but its still rated to have the same ID throughout straight or bend because its primarily used to flow liquids so the ID is the important dimension. for example 304ss sched 10 1.5" pipe has a ID of 1.682 and a wall thickness of .109" in both straight and bent secitons.
