Yes, but is it aligned across the SSR, internally? Because ****** external alignment is purely cosmetic, and therefore worthless.

Look up a table of schedule pipe's ID/wall thickness/diameter, pay attention to straight sections vs various bends. I can guarantee the ID changes more than that pipe is "misaligned"

If you have never built anything before then you would be excused to say something that stupid.

Bah, as much as I'd like to jump on the bandwagon, I'd have to say that manifold is just fine. If it were a $900 manifold made for a show car then I would say shove it up your ***, but it's far from that. It's a sub-$300 manifold that will most likely last forever and function just fine for any setup.

I'm pretty sure if its externally unaligned its internally unaligned also. Unless the two pipes are different thicknesses.

no JD actually pipe is rated off INNER diameter (nominal). i understand the clearance for pipe is pretty loose but its still rated to have the same ID throughout straight or bend because its primarily used to flow liquids so the ID is the important dimension. for example 304ss sched 10 1.5" pipe has a ID of 1.682 and a wall thickness of .109" in both straight and bent secitons.

and heres a table of shedule/wall thickness http://www.interpipe.com/Pipe_Dimens...nd_Weights.htm

Actually Pipe is measured off of OD. The ID changes depending on your wall thickness, and is where the tolerance stack up of OD, out of round, and Wall thickness could/does occur.

Hell your last link demonstrates the flaw in your thought.

If the ID is what is held constant on pipe, then why is the pipe labeled by OD and Wall thickness in those graphs. Could it mean that ID is calculated?
