okay guys i was thinking about getting into welding and might buy this welder for starters

just plug in the sample zip code it gives you. 70 Amp mig welder is kinda weak...

I would think 70 amps would be enough for exhaust pipe and charge piping.
But if you deside to clober up a thick old log mani, I dont know if this will penatrate enough?

It's enough for most thicknesses of common piping (20-18-16 gauge, schedule-10), but you'd have problems with anything thicker, and mating pipe to flange without starting & stopping so bad you've got a pile of birdshit.
