Lets see some pictures of the flex head torch Dave. Those things are bad ***... going to pick one up real soon, just wanted to hear your thoughts on switching over.

What other machines were you considering? What set this one apart? Just curious.

think its possible to stick a flex head on a smiley, i need smaller torch the oem smiley one is really starting to bug me.

Mike I will get a picture of the flex tonight.

The thermal arc is an inverter so it uses less power. The only thing comparable that miller makes is the Dynasty and that is twice as much money. Both the Lincoln and Miller in this price range were rectifier type machines that are power hogs and 3 times the size. Plus I have used this machine when I was at Xenocron's shop and really liked it.

The smiley will accept the flex head no problem, its a standard 17 torch. The size is about the same though.
