new plenum design check it out

This is the plenum design I will be using for my new upcoming intake manifolds (b/d/k/f20c/f22c/h22)

I can But how in the hell did you tack that huge gap? I could never do that unless I had a big fill rod.

that "huge gap" is only 3/32nd" and the material is 1/8"
after 4 years of welding aluminum it is very easy

I really recommend getting a superflow in theory alot of things work but oddly enough alot of the time this doesnt happen. People have ragged on square plenum manifolds but they perform.

The 3S I tuned day before yesterday had a mild steel square plenum IM, it really amplifies the entire engine sound. Not that this is a bad thing, just an interesting note.
