As I said, take your torch, turn the oxygen on, leave acetylene off, then try and light it. If you can't light it in open atmosphere with all the contaminants and dust in the air, you're not going to light it in a clean environment like a purge cell either.

FYI - the guy with the hat and beard is Sam, aka Deathwagon. The curly headed dude is Kenny (linuxman51) both are real popular with the volvo guys.

I love it!!! haha!!!

We used to blow up the big 55gallon garbage bags...but were smart enough to not be that close to them.

It's good that this got captured on film where people can see how powerful this stuff is. About the time in the video I was thinking how the video just couldn't capture how extremely loud these explosions are, they blew up the one in their hands and the text mentioned ruptured ear drums.


I also appears that they were filling the bags with pure acetlyene...without any oxygen mix. The explosions are more powerful if you have a neutral mix.
