i'd say your issues are due to your wastegate setup and your oversized xspower mexico turbo.

i dig your custom manifold though... much props.

looks hmt for sure.....you should brace that up pipe, and put your 02 sensor in the downpipe instead of the manifold....

I am running a similiar setup and the problem is the 4-1 manifold has a bad choke point inside. I ported near the outlet but the problem is much higher up.
My hf setup worked so much better. I'll post pics tonight.

so I was farting around with the car and it looks like I'm going to try a manual boost controller - home depot style - to see if that is the prob - if not the wastegate will be moved to the up pipe - hopefully the boost controller will work - found a loose coupler - full 4psi now at 3700 rpm - not too bad. will keep you guys posted.
