Thanks for all the positive feedback. This week I have 2 more manifolds to tackle a B-series top mount for a Del Sol and a top mount for a 2g DSM.

This is the first time I've seen this attempted on that particular engine. Manifold looks great. Can we get some updates when this is a completed set-up? If you're gonna be involved with it that is.

Well that's my car. I had it running before but the car was more setup up for strictly racing. It use to have a shitty log manifold , water to air intercooler, side exit exhaust. Now I'm just trying to make the car more streetable.

Motor:
1.8 liter 4G37
Block bored .060 over
Wiseco 82mm 8.8 to 1 compression pistons
Cryo treated stock rods
Knife edged crankshaft
Toga high volume oil pump
Balance shafts removed
Ported cylinder head 1 1/2" intake and exhaust ports (stock is 1 1/4")
Ferrea stainless steel valves (Coming in the near future)
Custom valve springs and retainers (Coming in the near future)
280/280 reground cam (Coming in the near future)
Unorthodox under drive pulley
Mustang 65mm throttle body
Custom made intake manifold

Ignition:
Ford EDIS
Accel Ford EDIS Coil
NGK Plugs
Accel spark plug wire

Drive train:
4G63 FWD axles
Clutch masters Stage 4 4 puck unsprung clutch
SBR LSD insert

ECU:
Megasquirt

Turbo:
T3/T4 45 Trim turbo

Made a power steering pump heat shield today. It's way overkill but I'd rather be safe. I thought the pump would be a lot closer to the manifold but I guess I was wrong. Pics below.

good ----. even though i have an immense hatred for DSM's i am curious to see the car done and what you get out of it.

do you plan to add a wastegate flange to the manifold or run internal?
