Made the change to S/S manifold
 

Though i'd let you all see my new manifold to replace the mild steel one that is fitted at the moment.
What you think ??

Its in this little thing Ford Escort 2000cc SOHC almost the same engine as the 2300cc turbo 4 pot in the XR4ti

Ford made the XR4ti in the late 80's. Only the 3 door body was sold in the US but in Europe they were made in 4 door and 5 door versions.
The Red Escort (never sold in the US) has been on the rollers and put out 162hp at the wheels.
I also have a standard one in white, won that in a raffle draw ;D

The other car is a Sierra very much like the XR4ti, but with a smaller engine. This is my track/circuit car ;)

the sierra's engine might be smaller but is much nicer. :P wish we had those here in the states. I want a YB :( the cars and manifold look nice. post up some engine pics if you can.

also for who ever was asking. the xr4ti was made by merkur wich is a division of ford but in germany if I remember correctly.
