Default lowering presure on internal wastegate

we've got turbo from some Fiat. stock pressure was set at 1 bar. it's a lot for our ZC. so we decide to try to lower pressure via cutting spring in actuator. here pictures of hmt lowering pressure =)

at first attempt we made a mistake - we cutted actuator in the middle. when we tried to weld id back with cutted spring, the diafragm had burned. so you need to cut actuator in the bottom and after that very carefully to weld it back

Haha, hot damn that's hardcore.

You know a better way to do it in the future is lengthen the arm right?

nice work, HMT approved

lengthening the arm holds the flapper open though, that's gay.

yeah. we don't want to keep flaper opened. it makes turbo laggy!
