welders with the gas definately leave a much cleaner weld when I had a friend weld my exhaust for me he didn't have the gas and it came out bad looking but I don't care what it looks like as long as it works

you do not know how to weld those are cold joints and are sugared up, you did not get the heat right and the angle or the welding lead was at to shallow of an angle

haha, that it did. this was about a year ago. ive gotten much better, i weld for a living now.
