Default Jesse James eat your heart out!

So I have this weed wacker I picked up for free. 25cc of pure fury, watch out kids. I picked it up intending to put it on some kind of bike, scooter, power wheels... you get the idea. So my daughter has this old school Variflex scooter that we got for free from the sameplace that I got the weed wacker engine. It's just a local site that people post up things that anyone can have for free if you come pick it up from their house. So I grab the scooter since I don't see her ride it too often(maybe it's because of the tires not being inflated...ehh she thank me later ) The gears start turning in my head....the kid is like..."what are you doing with my scooter?" The wife is like "you just can't ever leave anything alone the way it is." Chopsaw...fluxcore and some square tubing I had laying around. So I'm not completely done yet since the licensce plate mount for the engine was just for mock up. I have some angle iron for that. I still need to figure out how I'm gonna get the power to the back wheel. I may weld on a bike sprocket and weld it onto the crank on the engine and then bolt on a sprocket onto the rear wheel. Ehh either way it's fabrication at it's finest at the Philemon house to show my incredible welding abilities. Aaron...BMC...CCfab...etc...eat your heart out!
The victim...damn it looks so boring

The chop shop...only the best tool and equipment here

Framewise it's pretty much done... damn thats sexy..

The massive powerhouse of this sidewalk monster

Payoff from the wife for some fine work. A lil tongue action for right now! Giggity giggity..

It's not very often or hell I don't think I've ever posted my mug on here. So me just basting in the wisconsin sun after a hard days work. ...note I haven't taken a shower in 2 days since I'm on a 4 day long weekend vacation. ---- showers!

The kid flossing the new whip for everyone on the block to dream about...

The fabricator test riding his fine work. Yeah she was pushing my 200lbs ***. I'm mean like that.Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee! The neighboors must think were all retards cause we were riding that think around for atleast 30 minutes like that. Haahahaahahah Surprisingly before I welded on the big metal cross tube. The two bars from the seat to the frame still held my ***. I didn't really feel too save riding it and let alone once it gets power the wheels. I would of felt more nervous about it breaking. So I found a big piece of crush bent 2.5" 90 degree elbow. Now it's solid as a rock and I welded in a lil brace under the seat too.

I see you used the Type R block on that one. It's the only one in JDM red and the purple paintjob makes it such a sleeper. Your daughter will be eating up those other kids "Power Wheels" for breakfast. Nice work man.

I'm diggin' the rice rocket,

Idea for back tire: get a bike tire from another regular kids' bike, should be the same size.

when are you going to start mass production? :1

Looks dope!

In the picts it doesnt look like you grinded away any the poweder coating where you welded the seat(at every point where it goes to the frame).I hope you did and its just the picts if not do it where you still need to weld some more or you'll be doing a face plant on your next ride.

The wheels are pretty small at 12.5". I could get a wheel barrel wheel with the inflatable tires at like Maynards or Home Depot and weld it straight onto the hub. Then it would be chopper style. I was thinking of chopping of the headtube and angling that and extending the fork chopper style. Then I'll have the wife make some lil leather chaps for her. The only that I've been wondering about is that since there isn't a clutch anywhere is that it would constantly want to move/turn the tire and when you'd stop(I took the brake off so braking is ummm... flintstone style for now! lol) it would kill the engine. Well you can't win them all.

Ginded off the paint. Pssssh. I just cranked up voltage more and it burnt off the paint and held it longer. Plus I was bouncing up and down on the seat and it's quite solid. Thanks for the concern. I don't feel like having my kid or me come back with the scopper in pieces(thats what you get when you cross a scooter and a chopper together ) from the added force it'll get being it's a hardtail. Gotta keep it old school.

90% of weedeaters have clutchs, Yours is just gone. Do you know what that engine is off? There is a small engine repair/sales department at my shop, I bet I have a scape one.
