Yea, I saw a trick at www.chinaparts.com that said dipping a Q'tip in white lythium grease and smearing it on the compressor inlet enables you to not run a filter. That way you can install a larger turbo on a vehicle without a lot of room. As for pouring the grease in, I heat mine in a Wok until it's thin enough to fry rice, then I dip my chopsticks in and let it run down into the hole. This method has allowed me to get a constant 10,000 miles out of the JDM turbos.

the lythium grease is just for piece of mind. LOL
actually get some chicken wire from the cage of your local chinese restaurant and cover the inlet. It will work better than the grease. lol |
