You'll have to check the routing of the intake, the length of the throttle cable, wires that attach, ---- like that.

Why move the TB if it's already located in a good spot? Build the manifold around it being in the middle.

i'd make the entry into the plenum the same as the 2jz pictured above. you want to keep away from sharp corners as much as possible to aid air flow.

Not so much that as you want to have that small radius to large radius increase dynamically, causing a pressure differential. It has kind of a parabolic shape as well, which inherently stacks waves as they move across it, like a satellite.

But yea, if his TB isn't filling up that whole front area/ some kind of extension plate, make sure you address the sharp corners.

i can design in autocad but the only problem i have is actually making it,

the design above is just a 5" tube cut on an angle, thats easy to fabricate. the 2jz one pictured is a whole different ball game, there is no way i could make something like that, im looking for a design that would be easily fabricated

and wier you dont by any chance have a intake flange for a 2.0L zetec drawing in cad, i cant find one anywhere, its a real bitch to measure out myself, not a single whole number, its an oddball flange.

That manifold is doing the opposite of what you want it to do, you want it to accelerate the air rearward, that's going to make a high pressure spot toward that flat face, unless I'm looking at it wrong.

That is what I was thinking about designing. Looking at F1 cars from the eighties w/ turbos. Your last intake picture vey similar.
What CAD program are you using?

Nothing can hide from the internet.

If you do download it, make sure to scan it, if the links are still valid. I just searched, I didn't download + test it for you.

I already have Solidworks.
