Awesome write up and needs a sticky.....wish I saw this before I bought a collector. Those welds by far are the best I've seen yet.

Some peolpe do half moons but they end up making the edges looking funny and not perfect like the circles. I wish I had a tig.

Looks like all I need is a chop saw, some pipes, clamps, a tig welder, and 45 years of welding experience.

To CRXRX7 I must agree with you that circles are better and half moons are in consistant.

sweet top mount d series manifold ive been trying to figure out away to do that in a crx with a factory radiator. nice welds when i grow up i wanna weld like you
