Good job gentlemen but they are correct you did waste a lot of pipe.

lol the haters posting up.... what they dont show you is their first tries at the same thing, where there first 55 of them didnt work out at all.

This is the best collector-making writeup I've ever seen online.

Did the two halves warp after they were tigged? Mine did, but it's nothing a 10" belt sander couldnt fix.

 

which reminds me, i need a friggin belt sander :P

 

you obviously havent seen shitbirds writeup.

 

also this is why you tack the 4 pieces together, then weld it when its all one piece, so it doesnt warp and shift when your weldign it.

Ok josh we will def. make improvments on that. and about welding the two sides dont worry weve done it before. as far as the pipes you where saying that we wasted just watch on and il show you where im gonna use them again in this same manifold.
