So, did you take a lot of time researching and looking into different designs, flow velocities, turbulances and all that ----, or was it read some articles and try your hand at making one thing?

I did some calculations on where I would like my peek hp/tq to be. But you can only do so much mathematical equasions that you can do. Its always going to come down to trial and error in the end.
