We're working on headbolt sets for an engine that we deal with a lot and ARP doesn't offer anything for. If you machine shop can't centerless grind, roll threads (not cut... roll) and you don't have easy access to 4340 rod or the proper equipment for the heat treating process... keep clear. Note also that your nuts must be hard.

We're talking about 180,000+ PSI. All-thread and some nyock nuts isn't quite going to cut it.

Thanks guys, I was never gonan do this, just wanted to show my buddy that it wasnt a good idea..... even though some of my ideas arent the greatest I knew this one deffinitly wasnt
