This is the exhaust i made from 2.5'' Emt or electrical mettalic tubing which is galvonize. I made it with my H.F. 151 Dual Mig and a can of anti spatter.

What happened with the pie cuts on that exhaust The bends could of at least been made of 2-3 pies with better flow IF cut and positioned correctly.

you pie cut that... backwards? The fat end of the "slices" should be on the obtuse side of the bend.
