Crankcase breather hole, HMT style. Actually the previous owner thought 9k on a stock motor was a good idea. Whats funny is the 1/4" homemade flange remained perfectly flat.

definitely hmt. i did that with a tiny ihi turbo. it was so small even with that big manifold it made full 10 psi by 2000rpm. lol
