hmt boost controller
 
Im to lazy to get out of my car to adjust a manual boost controller. Has anyone tried to copy the hallman in cabin adjustment or made one of there own?

it's probably a square cable in a nylon sheathed cable.....just like a speedo cable. hint-hint.

why not use the cheap one use longer hose and mount the boost controller in side the car

Causes boost spike!!! Too much vacuum lie creates a delay signal. I did this and stopped after 2 test drives. Go and buy an electronic. You'll be WAY happier. I got my TullosTech about 2 weeks ago.

Man I'm glad I read that. I was going to try something like this with my MBC.

might have to make one and try that out. i happen to have a spare speedo. anyone got plans for a mbc.

Regarding the delay, causing boost spike, what about using thin nylon tubing instead of rubber hose. Some guy did a test or something somewhere and it'd only be a 2/100ths of a second time delay going into the cabin and back out. I read that somewhere.

julio is using an in-cabit mbc with long ass hoses. works great from what he said. he hasn't mentioned anything about boost spike. assuming all is well
