actually it is cppexhaust collector, they are giving me good deals on them.
Also even though the price differnce is there between pipe and tubing, I can build this manifold with tube almost 2x as fast as the thick pipe and it is much easier to work with, therefore the price I sell the manifolds at are the same

Very nice work BmCRace!
Were you able to back-purge at all? I couldn't quite tell by that internal shot.

No one said that and you obviously miss the point.

This is HomeMadeTurbo. People here want to see turbo stuff.

Thanks for the compliments guys
Yah material costs a bit for the manifold but I think I have a decent price for it
$850 shipped is what I am trying to sell it at and so far so good, Kinda high for most hmt people but for what you get it is really a bit less than what I should charge, after all I am not the big company selling $250 worth of material for $1200 shipped....

Very Nice Bmc.

I have one question though, actually for anyone that welds those type of manifolds. How the ---- do get the weld all the way around the top of collector for one of the next pipes? It seems like welding a manifold together means putting it together in the correct order.

I can't speak for anyone but me but I weld the 2 rear runner in first, Then the only bitch is the front 2. Yes it sucks to weld in tight spaces. You get used to it.

hey james, since you are using 16g tubing, couldn't you have eliminated one seam on each of the #2 and #3 runners? it does look better than any other ramhorn i've seen.
