Overall, the manifold looks sexy. But from a consumer standpoint, these just looks like you rushed your way through it and fucked a measurement, which kind of throws off the look of the manifold all together, the tagged runner looks good, but the outside runner is completely different and the two welds right next to each other just scream "OOPS, ----, PATCH PIECE". Don't get me wrong though, I couldn't even dream of being able to make a manifold that looked good at all.

Dude that's hotrex's copyright, the "Oh ---- add more pipe" section.

Thats how you have to make manifold when your using bends, and cutting them up. In order to go from a slight bend to a slight radius or a straight you need a weld :S

Looks really good. Nice work.

Thanks for the comments....

I'm in the South Hills near Century III mall.

The jig was contructed by my part time guy, admittedly the turbo flange was shifted sideway approximately 1/8". There is no mistake though, and it was not "slapped" together. They are all cuts made accurately with a straight, then bend, then straight, then bend.

You could eliminate the small piece in the #1 runner, but it would require cheat cutting two bends. It's alot better to have a small straight and tangent cut bends versus having cheater cut bends to reduce pieces.

Additionally, it's not my intention to reproduce this mani. Like I said, a local guy wanted something different, and I found it to be an opportunity to use a collector I'd had for a while.

Dont ever compare me to him. I've never had a manifold failure in my life, I don't take people's money, and I'm not a piece of ----. Like I said, a small piece of straight is the appropriate way to deal with a situation. I could've stretched the bend and elimated the gap, but flow quality overall suffers from cheater cuts. I chose to tangent cut it and add the piece.

I see why you had to ad that small peice in there, it does kinda take away from the final product but I think it looks very good overall. I'm not going to bash it I've never made a SS mani in my life I have to give it to you. I dont think I could keep my sanity through all those tig welds!

I dont see how it would take away from the final product.

Even the 1500 dollar full race manifolds have the same idea.

Are you from turbod16? I think I have seen this before. I really like the way it looks. BTW How much are you selling it for?
