Default F22B1 Manifold question

I was wondering if this will work. I want to build a adapter plate to mate a t3 to the stock exhaust manifold on a f22b1. The manifold and header attach below the fan so I would be able to retain ac and use the stock cooling system. Also this would possible make fab for the down pipe easier.

I wanted to run an oil cooler after the turbo. But this will be to low? The preasure for the pump will not feed it?

There is almost no pressure on the return side of the turbo. If the oil can't freely flow down into the oil pan, it will back up inside the turbo and cause damage.

just dole out the scrilla for a turbo mani for the b1. it what would be best. you can get a cast iron mani for around $400.00. or you could learn to weld and do like the rest, and make one. good luck w/ your ventures. also check out cb7tuner.com. you could prolly find more answers for your accord needs there.

I am going to have a flange made tomate the turbo. I don't see why this would not work. I was under the car today and from the bottom of the stock mani to the top of the oil pan is about 10 inches. Jade I don't think that my homemade skills will match the R&D that Honda put into there design.

Or you can fab up a DSM turbo manifold to fit. Pretty sure it only works on the f22's and it's probably easier than trying to fab up the stock mani.

just a thought...

dsm mani only fit f22a and the jdm f22b dohc, not the f22bx.

make a top mount like egmike's d series top mount
