i bought some energy suspension motor mount inserts for the three other mounts, so if one has to go, hopefuly they will tighten it up a little better.

Yea car is a 92 accord. I'm personally reeally against removing the front mount. But i'm informed by the maker of the manifold that "The manifold was most likely designed with the idea that the front mount nor A/C would be used." A/C is a given, but how do you design a manifold that is to be used without the front motor mount, especially a basic log, and especially in an accord, one of honda's largest most torquey motors? I found a way to get around around the motor mount, but now the upper radiator hose is in the way. I'm gonna see if i can get away with a half-sized radiator, but we'll see how that goes. I can aim the DP toward the front of the car near the radiator, which will require the use of a slimmer fan, and probably have madd gangsta heat soak, but i still gotta see if i can find a solution for the radiator hose. Here's the pics:

I just dont feel comfortable removing that mount, that ***** that large for a reason. In EF's and DA's its almost useless, u can get away without it and even better off with inserts in the rest, but i think it would cause madd slop without it in this setup

I think you should just get the slim fan and the flexible hose, then you can route the downpipe a lot easier. It also wouldnt hurt to make a custom bracket for the front.
