I'm wondering...couldn't you just make a log manifold do this? That would be killer - an elbow on #1, tee's on #2-4, then a normal pipe over to the elbow above the turbo. I may try this later, I have a car that's sitting the winter out, 1337 MIG skillz, a d-series flange and access to Homeboy Depot fittings.

BTW I'm assuming that is an EG, what radiator inlet/outlet hoses are those from?
