as in how, i use a band saw some use a chop saw. heres a pic of a few of mine. around a 15 degree cut is good. first cut one pipe at 15 degrees then spin the pipe 90 degrees and make another cut. you will have a really sharp "spike" where all 4 pipes will go together

Thanks, thats bad ***!!! Does anyone know what angle he uses to cut those? I will be using a band saw to do it and i want to find this out so i can just make a jig. Once i get some cuts i will weld one up and post some pics.

basically duplicate what you see (i searched & found that thread, all by myself when i first came here, then copied what he did)...have plenty of extra pipe, just in case you ---- one up...when i made a collector for a project...i ended up cutting about 7pieces, trying to get it just right & consistant...i did okay, project kinda fell thru...but i plan to make many more for other stuff
