The easiest way to chargecool is to retro fit a cooler from an engine fitted with one.

There are only a couple of cars i know of fitted with chargecoolers from the factory, one being the celica gt4 (but i'm not sure which models), the other being the subaru legacy. Just rob all the bits from them and plumb in a custom radiator. Cheap and HMT

that website gives a good discussion of chargecooler design and the relative efficiencies. Good luck, charge cooling isn't very efficient but given the temps you run in, you'll be fine.

If ur not having a problem with IAT's being way to high or detonation why ---- with a IC? since space is a huge problem why not a water injection if ur having problems?
