Custom dual fuel rail neon intake

Re: Custom dual fuel rail neon intake
To answer a few questions. The first 4 injectors are controlled by the stock ecu. I can't rememeber what the name of the controller is he's using for the second set, but it was pretty easy to set up and you don't notice it kick on. The big thing is it allows for a perfect stock idle with no loading up issues that you get with large injectors and short pulse width.
As far as the TB goes, it's an aftermarket one...75mm if I remember correctly
Lastly, no, I don't own my own machine shop...well, I sorta do. I've got a regular day job but I build intake and exhaust manifolds, port cylinder heads and manifolds, as well as do stuff like ceramic coatings and other thermal coatings, plus some powder coating. I'm partnered up with two other guys and we have plans to eventually take things off as a full time business. Check out our website if you've got some spare time. It all started out with getting fed up with other businesses and their poor customer service and worthless products. So we started making our own. My partner (Andre) does the majority of the head porting and has spent many years doing it at a machine shop before he decided to change careers to being a cop.
Well, I know that I got a little off topic...oh well

The site is still under consant construction but it gives the general idea of what we're capable of.
Lastly, Link, we could make one for your mustang, but we don't have one in out fleet of cars to be able to test fit and do mock-up on. Otherwise we're game. We're currently working on manifold to adapt a supercharger off a gtp onto a mitsu...looks very promising for cheap power...

what thickness of sheet metal and such do you use to make those intake mani's? as well as what procedure do you use to weld it all up? I've been wanting to make my own for some time now and just haven't found out much about it
