Crappy ass exhaust port configuration.

I'm trying to start designing my A20A turbo manifold. It's my first turbo build ever, and I just want a simple low boost application with a plain log style manifold. Most logs I've seen are on engines with equal exhaust port spacing, but my engine has the two center ports closer together than normal.

I think this makes it a bit hard to use normal T's that most people use to make their manifolds?

Could I just mill the inside of the T's down so that they oval out but still fit together? Would that be a bad idea, or is there a better way of going about things?

Use a vise and squash it.

talk to accordeppicenter on here.. he can help you out. you can cut them though to make a log successfully, that or maybe a mini ram if you have room...

Id see what he did.

just cut the two center tee's so they fit. the runners will be close but im sure it will be fine

We made a manifold like that for Adam on here. We used 1.25" sched 10 elbows, crushed them in the vice horizontally and cut the T's almost all the way in.
