i've bought a couple off ebay for a bit cheaper than that shipped. as long as it is ANSI approved then it should be safe.

my HF one broke in a big hurry. Buy a normal big lens flip down helmet till you can afford an expencive AD one that wont break under even semi-weekly use.

I rock the HF/Princess Auto CDM auto darkening and I love it It helped with my welding i have gone from brutal to just embarassing now

Wanna trade? lol I got the SpeedGlas one with teh 3M glass or whatever, something like $129 shipping on ebay, but has no delay. Really hurts the eyes when you're welding a rusty bolt in a very bad possition, and the inconsistant arc keeps turning the damn thing off. Seriously though, it was my best investment yet - thats the one thing I did not want to skimp on. It also makes learing to MIG a cakewalk - now you see it, now you...still do! :P
