What is the problem with the afc hack in the jeep?

 

GM style 1 bar map is maxed out at 0 psi......4.875 volts key on. bleh

 

Theres no way around it?

 

Its completely fucked the way it is. I tried every AFC setting to bring it inline with actual MAP position with no success. I called JD and we talked about it with the conclusion of it not working the way I need it to. I already removed it and the injectors. I should have the pump and FMU in it by the end of the weekend.

 

Any updates?

 

I was given a T rex inline pump by the shop and it screamed from the first second and draws crazy amps. Its so loud that I figure there is a issue with it so I ordered a new one from Chris. ( www.------------- ) Its an inline GSL392 Walbro. It should be here Monday or Tuesday I would think. I also ordered an 38mm external wastegate to fix the creep issues.

Nope. I can't take the chance of it blowing up 100 miles from home. I went wheeling today but as a passenger.
