welds look sick man, what size filler did you use on that first log type mani??

ha no she did it totally willingly.

 

i havn't used pulse sence i first got the machine. i was just messing with it. so all the welds on those mani's are free hand.

i use 1/16th filler on everything but thin guage tubing. i tried 3/32nd but i didn't feel like it gave me enough control over the outcome of the weld.

my boss says i have a wierd style of welding that makes the welds look "different" as he says. but i liek the way i do it over just dabbing the filler in the puddle.

the shape of your puddles is very similar to what i get when i use pulse.
