I've never tig welded before and wouldn't mind a little intro to that.

I'd like to start everyone off with torch welding(yes we will weld some aluminum with it as well).Then we will tig some ----.

 

I taught a one day workshop at the Miller place near Chicago recently. It went well, and everybody was pleased. It's kinda nice getting a lot of people together for a day of welding like that. I hope all goes good with your class!! The internet is full of good info that you can print out and use to help you get your point across. It also gives people something to look at later that will jog their memory again.

 

I'm down. I'm close and willing to dive in.

 

And we can all post up our first tig welds in the fab forum. Maybe skinnye can start a manifold business next week!!!
