voltage would have to be in the 10's of thousands to jump that gap, on another note, this is the most ghetto thing i have ever seen.

Stuff like this is why I have a secure job.

Just because someone got away with it before doesn't mean it isn't potentially dangerous. Plenty of "professionals" who've done dangerous ---- for years end up having One Bad Day where they burn something down. Plumbers and Roofers seem to top the list, Electricians usually have more smarts than that because mistakes with electricity can turn fatal fast.

But what do I know? The gene pool still needs cleaning, carry on!

im sorry to say this but that just looks terrible. id ripit aprt do some practice and o it again. Im starting to see that on this site the number 1 tool is a welder. i like it
