I also made a small coolant system for mine. Welded up a small aluminum tray to sit under the blade between the legs. It drains into a washer fluid tank from a Geo Metro. The washer fluid pump moves the coolant up a tube to a sprinkler dribbler positioned above the blade. Works quite well to speed up the cut and leave a cleaner edge. You can tell by the sound of the blade it's much happier. Thanks David |

Just saw the cooling setup yesterday when I went to pick up some steel. Looks pretty simple. Just as he described it. They said they run water with cutting oil mixed in for coolant. I think I will have to give this a try :) Also got my new blade yesterday. Hopefully that will help some.
