That came out real real nice Dave. How long did that one take you to make? Give me all the current welding details, im curious to see what suits you best...

I don't count him out yet. He will buy again.

 

Amps very from 115 to 75 depending on the area and how fast I can move.
Filler is 1/16 309L
tungsten is 3/32 thoriated
etc is after the collector is made I can mock it up in a few hours and another couple to weld it all up.

on your collectors, what angle do you cut them at?

 

Depends on the length. For the most part I eye ball the initial cut and then mark my saw or angle iron from there.
