I paid around $36 a couple years ago for somwehere between 5 and 7 double cut carbide burrs of various shapes on Ebay. They have treated me very well. I've ported heads, rotor housings, turbo manifolds, turbine housings, intake manifolds.....you name it. They aren't as sharp as they used to be but I've gotten well more than my moneys worth.
I use a die grinder and then finish things up with one of several dremels I have on tap. Flapper wheels work well for the finishing touches.

thats really cheap. My cutter I use for most of my stuff was almost 80 bucks but is has sharp has it was day 1 and cuts like a ****
