2x 2" sch 10 Pipes into T4 Flange
I need some suggestions. I need a snug fit "collector" of 2" sch 10 pipes (2.375 OD, 2.060 ID) into a standard (or a special if need be) T4 flange. I also have little space to work with (2 pipes coming together from different angles). Due to different angles (and one of the pipes being an elbow) my previous attempt resulted in holes around the t4 (and also difficulty merging the pipe)
I'd take it to get done somewhere (with better tools, like a band saw) but the car is far from running, and it would be difficult to do it off the car.
I'll try to post some pics, but maybe a pre-made Y, or transitional t4 flange that would accomodate the pipe size exists somewhere?
Also, if anyone in Philly would like to help out (and maybe even tig weld it, as well as rest of the manifolds, paid of course), send me a PM!

In your case, I'd suggest buying a 1/2 plate the size of the t4 flange, then drill all holes yourself. I'm sure you could find a 2" or 2.5" holesaw and give her some effort. It would require merging the round to square, but shouldn't be the hardest thing in the world. Either that or make your own square/round adapter, weld to flange, then weld elbow to that combo. It would be similar to how pro racers mount the gasoline inlet to the body, tube-adapter-flange.
