Nice setup, but how will you route the oil return line from the turbo with the turbo hanging so low?

that can be resolved with an scavenge pump. i used one on my turbo bike.

thats a fuel pump. did they say it would work with oil?

I know it is a fuel pump (diesel) but it works fine with oil.....

make sure it will work. ask the mfg. oil is a lot thicker than fuel and the pump may burn up.

you are right, but i bought it here Stage3.dk tuning af bil, turbo,motortuning, kompressor, justerbar benzintryksregulator, manifolde, banan, benzin, dyser, udstødning, tændspoler, silikoneslanger, lampdasonde, widebandsonde, AFR, Pauter, wiesco, je stempler, je-stempler, wastegate, 50 and they use it all the time.
But maybe I should measure the amps while it pumps. I will do that :-)

Try looking at these they are not expensive for the correct way to do the job for oil scavenge,you will find they also may have some other items of use to you.

i used a 12 volt solid state diesel pump as a scavenge pump on my r1 turbo.it worked great for 12 months till i revised the headders and raised the turbo. tha only isue was that it had to run with a manual switch and left on for a minuit after engine shut off to drain turbo and oil feed line or it would smoke on next start up.....this can be cured with a small inline catchtank if there is room between the turbo and pump
