you dont need to hold a normal helmet unless its the type that has no strap to go around your head...just flip it down

no strap. its the shitty mask that comes with the welder. has a handle :-[
i was thinking of modifying it to have a strap though. nothing a driill and some straiiping couldn't fix :)

my welder came with the same i just let my friends use it when we are welding... i bought an auto darkining from harbor frieght for $45 its the best investment yet... Nice welds i to am a newb to welding but i think im doing better than a month ago... keep practicing and you'll get there...

nice, its the splatter 135! Just keep wirespeed down and temp up on those. that seems to work the best with all the cored wire i have used.

or, just get a can of anti spatter and youll have titties looking welds
