Hmmmm.....so these "backend" pieces, are they part of the code? The top secret internal stuff that I can't see?

So am i the only one not using a willem enchanced? mine does not have that button or that back row of LED lights.. afaik i have it set right now.. chip is on back side with arrow pointing toward the lever, i have a wire between (what i hope are) pins 3 & 31, and i have the dip switches set.. does that sound right to everyone?
