I don't know WTF that means, but I didn't change any settings on it.

Floppy disks have a little sliding tab that moves from the locked to the unlocked position...used to protect the media from being over written.
Every once in a Blue Moon i get an address error on my Xtronics Pocket Programmer. Generally it happens when I start the software up and had forgotten to plug the burner into my computer.
I think the software looks for the burner at a specific spot where it found it last time. It might have just had to guess a few times and finally guessed correctly.

there is a known issue when trying to use the willem software version 0.97ja with windows xp, causing it to give the privledged error. download the 0.97G version and it will work properly for you. if you are extracting it for installation, it would be much easier and faster to just extract it to your hard drive and install from there. heres a link to the version that should work correctly for you:
