Where does the ZIF socket go? PICS!
i have a pm6 from an 88 Crx, where do i solder the ZIF socket?

this is an OBD0 so that means no place to put it right? what do i need to do i've checked pgmfi.org and didn't find much on how to do it exactly with pics, anyone can give me a little write up on how to chip a OBD0 PM6 for turbo edit?

I don't think you can chip an 88 ECU(at least not very easily). You need a 90-91 PM6.

Listen to Doc. He knows what he's talking about. The older PM6's up to 90-91 didn't have an external rom. They can still be chipped but there are extra parts needed and it's a bit more complicated. So your best bet (like Boost said) is to find a 90-91 Pm6.
Didnt you already email me this...and I responded with the answer?
